摘要
通过对全自动运行、智能运维等相关规范、文献的研读,结合相关技术行业内应用情况及发展情况,分析佛山地铁车辆专业全自动运行模式的主要配置,并由此形成智能运维系统配置建议。此外,还总结了车辆全自动运行及智能运维的联系,展望了车辆全自动运行、智能运维发展方向及需提前谋划的事项。主要结论为:创新性地结合车辆全自动运行模式功能要求,在分析车辆全自动运行主要配置的同时,有针对性地分4大模块提出了车辆智能运维设备配置建议,以实现关键设备的实时状态监测、故障预测、故障预警、应急处置等,进一步提高了车辆专业全自动运行模式下的安全性、可靠性,总结了两者相辅相成、协同降低维护成本的关系。
The main configuration of the fully automatic operation mode of Foshan Metro vehicles was analyzed through the study of relevant specifications and documents such as automatic operation and intelligent operation and maintenance,combined with the application and development of related technology industries,and thus formed the configuration of the intelligent operation and maintenance system suggestion.In addition,the connection between fully automated vehicle operation and intelligent operation and maintenance was summarized,and looked forward to the development direction of fully automated vehicle operation,intelligent operation and maintenance,and matters that need to be planned in advance.The main conclusions are:innovatively combine the functional requirements of the fully automatic vehicle operation mode;while analyzing the main configuration of the fully automatic vehicle operation,proposing the configuration of intelligent vehicle operation and maintenance from 4 major modules to achieve the key equipment real-time status monitoring,fault prediction,fault warning,and emergency handling.Further improves the safety and reliability of the vehicle in the professional fully automatic operation mode,and summarizes the relationship between the two complement each other and reduce maintenance costs.
