摘要
以壁厚不等且带有折簧的复杂医疗器械注塑件为研究对象,研究不同工艺参数下注塑件的产品质量,以翘曲变形和体积收缩率为产品质量指标,着重分析成型制品在有限元分析的变形情况。在模流分析软件中分析浇口数量和位置对产品质量的影响,结果表明,当采用方案一时,成品质量最好。以响应面法分析不同工艺参数下塑料制件的翘曲变形和体积收缩的情况,结果表明,当模具温度为80 ℃,熔体温度为220 ℃。填充时间为0.8 s,保压压力100 MPa为时,翘曲变形量为0.221 2 mm,体积收缩率为8.096%,产品质量最好,其结论代入模流分析软件中进行验证,误差在可接受范围内,结论可靠有效。将成型制品放入有限元分析软件中进行力学分析,结果表明成型制品的质量是最好的,结论代入实际生产中进行验证,实践表明结论可靠有效。
Taking the injection molded parts of complex medical devices with different wall thickness and folding spring as the research object,the product quality of injection molded parts under different process parameters was studied.Taking warpage deformation and volume shrinkage as the product quality index,the deformation of molded products in finite element analysis was emphatically analyzed.The influence of gate quantity and position on product quality was analyzed in the mold flow analysis software.The results show when one scheme is adopted,the finished product quality is the best.The warpage deformation and volume shrinkage of plastic parts under different process parameters are analyzed by response surface method.The results show when the die temperature is 80 ℃.The melt temperature is 220 ℃.The filling time is 0.8 s,the holding pressure is 100 MPa,the warpage deformation is 0.221 2 mm,the volume shrinkage is 8.096%,and the product quality is the best.The conclusion is substituted into the mold flow analysis software for verification.The error is within the acceptable range,and the conclusion is reliable and effective.The formed products are put into the finite element analysis software for mechanical analysis.The results show that the quality of the formed products is the best.The optimal solution obtained before is verified in actual production.The practice shows that the conclusion is reliable and effective.
