摘要
目的:探讨高清智能电子染色内镜(Ⅰ-scan)联合卢戈染色在食管癌诊断中的效能。方法:选取127例疑似食管癌患者为研究对象。所有患者均行均行Ⅰ-scan、卢戈染色检查,以胃镜下病理检查为金标准,比较Ⅰ-scan、卢戈染色单项及联合检查在食管癌诊断中的效能,以及食管癌癌前病变检出率。结果:Ⅰ-scan联合卢戈染色检查在食管癌诊断中的准确度、灵敏度均高于两者单项检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅰ-scan联合卢戈染色检查食管癌癌前病变检出率与卢戈染色单项检查比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Ⅰ-scan联合卢戈染色检查轻度不典型增生、重度不典型增生检出率均高于Ⅰ-scan单项检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Ⅰ-scan联合卢戈染色检查在食管癌诊断中的准确度、灵敏度均高于两者单项检查,且轻度不典型增生、重度不典型增生检出率均高于Ⅰ-scan单项检查。
Objective:To explore efficacy of high-definition intelligent electronic chromoendoscopy(Ⅰ-scan)combined with Lugo staining in diagnosis of esophageal cancer.Methods:127 patients with suspected esophageal cancer were selected as the research objects.All patients underwentⅠ-scan and Lugo staining examinations.Using the pathological examination results of gastroscopy as the gold standard,the efficacies of singleⅠ-scan,single Lugol staining examination and combined examinations in the diagnosis of esophageal cancer and the detection rates of esophageal precancerous lesions were compared.Results:The accuracy and sensitivity ofⅠ-scan combined with Lugol staining in the diagnosis of esophageal cancer were higher than those of the two single examinations,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the detection rate of esophageal precancerous lesions betweenⅠ-scan combined with Lugo staining and singe Lugo staining examination(P>0.05).The detection rates of mild dysplasia and severe dysplasia byⅠ-scan combined with Lugol staining were higher than those detected by singeⅠ-scan,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The accuracy and sensitivity ofⅠ-scan combined with Lugol staining in the diagnosis of esophageal cancer are higher than those of the two single examinations,and the detection rates of mild dysplasia and severe dysplasia are higher than those of singleⅠ-scan.
