摘要
从中职班主任的主要工作领域入手,分析了中等职业学校班主任的建班育人能力,将中职班主任建班育人能力细化为27项具体能力,并提出了中职班主任建班育人能力的提升策略。
The headteachers of secondary vocational schools should not only lead the class, engage in activities, improve students’ study, but also be familiar with the class situation, be good at educating people, solve worries and difficulties. The headteachers in secondary vocational schools are professional. The new era puts forward new requirements for the headteachers in secondary vocational schools. It is necessary to continuously improve headteachers’ class construction and education ability in secondary vocational schools. Starting with the main work of the headteachers of secondary vocational schools, this paper analyzes the class construction and education ability of headteachers in secondary vocational schools, subdivides the class construction and education ability into 27 specific abilities, and puts forward the promotion strategies.
