摘要
班级是高校教育和管理的基本组织机构,是大学生的基本组织形式,亦是大学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的主要组织载体。高校班级的有效管理是培养高素质大学生的力量之源,因此,班级的高效建设和有效管理是高校中的重中之重,而班主任工作的好坏是高校班级管理和建设成功与否的关键所在。为了最大限度提升班级管理成效和质量,文章基于广东海洋大学班级管理现状,从班团干部选拔、班级制度和交流平台建设、学风建设、班主任综合能力培养等方面进行探讨,为高素质复合型人才培养提供有效动力。
Class is the basic organization of university education and management and the basic organization form of college students.Class is also the main organization carrier of self-education,self-management,and self-service of college students.The effective management of university class is the source to cultivate high-quality college students.Therefore,the efficient construction of effective management of the class is the top priority in university,and the quality of class teacher’s work is the key to the success of class management and construction.In order to maximize the effectiveness and quality of class management,this study analyses and discusses selection of class cadres,construction of class system and exchange platform,construction of study style,cultivation of comprehensive ability of class teachers,and so on,based on the current situation of class management in Guangdong Ocean University.All of these can provide effective impetus for the cultivation of high-quality interdisciplinary talents.
