摘要 水泵机组是供水系统中的关键耗能设备,其节能运行对供水公司的低碳发展具有重要意义。通过对国内53家典型供水公司的能耗现状进行分析,识别系统能耗影响因素,总结供水系统水泵机组节能运行的主要方法与适用范围,包括采用频率调节、改变叶轮直径适应不同的供水流量需求、增加清水池的高水位以调整水泵的运行范围、优化管路阀门等方法。多家供水公司的应用实例表明,这些方法可以有效降低水泵机组运行能耗,实现供水系统节能低碳运行。 Pump is the essential equipment with energy consumption in water supply system.The energy conserving operation of pump is significant for low-carbon development of water supply industry.The composition of the energy consumption is analyzed for 53 water supply companies:Factors affecting energy con sumption are identified.On this basis.methods and applicable scopes on energy con serving operation of pump in water supply system are proposed,including variablefrequency drive(VFD)regulation of centrifugal pump,impeller cutting for various demand of discharge,water level control in clean water tank and optimization of valves.The applications in water supply companies demonstrate that these methods effectively reduce the energy consumption of pump unit and achieve the low-carbon operation of water supply system.
