摘要
研制了应用于水泵节能防护的聚氨酯/环氧复合涂层,涂层具有优良的物理性能和抗磨蚀性能:拉伸强度≥30MPa,断裂伸长率t〉400%,撕裂强度≥100kN/m,回弹率t〉25%,与金属的粘接强度≥35MPa,抗磨损和抗磨蚀性能分别为不锈钢的4.19倍和2.18倍。经过大型水泵的实际应用试验表明,复合涂层使用2年后完好无损.对水泵过流件起到防护作用,延长水泵的使用寿命,并有明显的节能效果,使旧泵节能3%.8%。
The PU/epoxy resin composite coating used for energy conserving and abrasion preventing for water pumps was developed. This composite coating has superior physical properties and anti-abrasion; tensile strength 〉 30 MPa, elongation at break〉~400%, tearing strength ≥ 100 kN/m, resilience 25% and bonding strength to metal ≥ 35 MPa, and the anti-erosion and anti-abrasion of the coating are 4.19 and 2. 18 times of that of stainless steel, respectively. Through the application in large-scale water pumps, the results showed that after two years of running the composite coating layer was undamaged, got up the protection to the water-sweepod elements of water pumps,lengthened the water pump service life and had the obvious energy conservation effect, caused the water pumps to conserve energy 3% - 8%.
