Objective This article aims to observe the effect of breathing training and rehabilitation intervention on the 1S forced expiratory volume(FEV 1)and forced vital capacity(FVC)in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods A total of 94 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were admitted to our hospital on June 21,2019/December 18,2020(begin/end)were randomly selected as the research observation objects. The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method(each group 47 cases),control group K(rehabilitation intervention),breathing group D(rehabilitation intervention and breathing training),observe the FEV 1,FVC,quality of life comprehensive assessment scale-74(GQOLI-74)Scoring and nursing satisfaction. Results There was no difference in FEV1,FVC,GQOLI-74 scores of breathing group D and control group K before nursing(P>0.05);FEV1,FVC,CQOLI-74 scores of breathing group D were significantly better than control group K after nursing for 2 months. The nursing satisfaction of group D was higher than that of control group K,P<0.05,the diference was significant.Conc lus ion The application of rehabilitation intervention and breathing training in the nursing of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can improve the respiratory function of elderly patients, and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
