摘要
基于有效课堂“教与学”的信度与效度,教学方法应与学生的知识需求度、课堂参与和学习效果结合起来,学习方法应因地制宜、因时制宜,围绕学习规律展开,与创新型思维结合起来。课堂内容知识结构、教师授课态度和教学技巧决定着课堂信度。通过课堂目标以及课程知识点选择的二元性、可阐释性和启发性,优化课堂内容的知识结构;通过课堂授课语言的组织、手势的合理运用、互动环节的合理设置等,提高教学技巧。课堂效度可以从学生学习效果、学生能力和学生心智成熟度进行考察。学生学习效果应涵盖对知识的悟和触类旁通,学生能力应涵盖自我认知知识的能力、自我消化知识的能力和自我应用知识的能力,学生心智成熟度应涵盖学生的挫折承受和创新协作。
Based on the reliability and validity of effective classroom"teaching and learning",teaching methods should be combined with students′knowledge needs,classroom participation and learning effect.Learning methods should be adjusted to local conditions,time conditions,around learning laws,and combined with innovative thinking.The knowledge structure of classroom content,teachers′teaching attitude and teaching skills determine classroom reliability.Optimize the knowledge structure of classroom content through classroom objectives and duality,interpretability,inspiration of the selection of curriculum knowledge points;improve teaching skills through the organization of classroom teaching language,the rational use of gestures and the rational setting of interactive links.Classroom validity can be investigated from students′learning effect,students′ability and students′mental maturity.Students′learning effect should cover the understanding and analogy of knowledge,students′ability should cover the ability of self cognition of knowledge,self digestion of knowledge and self application of knowledge,and students′mental maturity should cover students′frustration tolerance and innovative cooperation.
