摘要
高压断路器是在正常条件下回路能够分合、承载和开断电流,在异常条件下回路也能分合并且在规定时间内能够承载和开断电流的装置,对电网安全运行至关重要。首先对高压断路器操动机构的分类及原理进行介绍,并对目前市场上的在线监测装置进行概括;然后根据目前断路器操动机构在线监测装置的弊端提出解决方案,研制一种基于多传感器数据融合的断路器操动机构在线监测装置,基于数据融合技术结合无线传感技术完成现场监测预警;最后通过现场应用数据证明该装置的安全可靠性,对提高断路器安全运行有非常重要的作用。
A high-voltage circuit breaker is a switchgear that can close,carry and break the current under normal loop conditions.It can close,carry and break the current under abnormal loop conditions within a specified time,and is essential to the safe operation of the power grid.Firstly it briefly introduces the classification and principles of high-voltage circuit breaker operating mechanisms,and summarizes the current online monitoring devices on the market.Secondly,based on the various shortcomings of the current circuit breaker operating mechanism online monitoring device,a solution is developed.An online monitoring device for the circuit breaker operating mechanism through multi-sensor data fusion,and the use of data fusion technology combined with wireless sensor technology to complete on-site monitoring and early warning.Finally,the field application data shows the safety and reliability of the device,which plays a important role in improving the safe operation of the circuit breaker.
