摘要
研究文化润疆驱动新疆高校意识形态工作的逻辑框架和实践路径,要以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为主线,以新时代新疆高校意识形态工作为逻辑起点,以马克思主义为原点,以新时代党的治疆方略为基点,以第三次新疆工作座谈会精神为支点,围绕“为谁而润”“润什么样的人”“由谁来润”“用什么文化来润”和“如何来润”五个基本问题,集中在“润”字上下功夫,多元协同,共同促进新疆高校各族师生增进文化认同、坚定文化自信,驱动新疆高校提升意识形态管理能力,彰显马克思主义在新疆高校的话语权,确立党在新疆高校意识形态工作的领导权,牢控意识形态阵地。
To study the logical framework and practical path for the ideological work in Xinjiang universities driven by enhancing the development of Xinjiang through culture must take the strengthening of the sense of community of the Chinese nation as the main line. Focusing on basic issues of "for whom, who, what and how to enhance", efforts must be made to work together in multiple ways to promote cultural identity and strengthen cultural confidence among teachers and students of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang universities, to improve their ability of ideological management, to highlight the right of Marxist discourse and to firmly establish the CPC’s ideological leadership.
