摘要
近年来预制装配式建筑及承插型盘扣式模板支撑架已成为"主流"。文章结合工程实例,从二者结合的施工优势、模板支撑架体受力分析、施工工艺、施工质量管控及施工安全管控等几个方面对承插型盘扣式模板支撑体系在预制叠合板中的应用进行分析,探索出更加高效、安全的施工技术,为今后的发展积累了宝贵经验。
In recent years,prefabricated buildings and socket type turnbuckle formwork support frame have become the"mainstream".Combined with engineering examples,this paper analyzes the application of socket and disc buckle formwork support system in prefabricated laminated slab from the aspects of construction advantages,stress analysis of formwork support frame,construction technology,construction quality control and construction safety control.It also explores more efficient and safe construction technology,and accumulates valuable experience for future development.
