摘要
随着我国建筑业的发展和科学技术的进步,脚手架种类日趋丰富,各具特点,以适应不同类型的工程建设。在建筑施工领域中,承插型盘扣式钢管脚手架相比于应用最为广泛的扣件式钢管脚手架,在受力性能、适用性、施工效率和综合效益等方面具有独特的优势。但承插型盘扣式钢管脚手架在复杂结构的悬挑外架施工中,仍缺乏充足的理论数据验证和工程实际经验指导,因此将承插型盘扣式钢管脚手架应用于悬挑外架施工中,仍具有一定的难度。海口美兰国际机场新建塔台外架采用承插型盘扣式钢管脚手架分层分段悬挑,不仅能有效地提高施工速率,为塔台倒圆台结构施工提供了安全保障,而且为其他类似工程的施工积累经验,提供借鉴及参考。
With the development of China’s construction industry and the progress of science and technology,the types of scaffolds are becoming more and more abundant and have their own characteristics to adapt to different types of engineering construction.In the field of construction,compared with the most widely used fastener type steel pipe scaffold,socket and disc type steel pipe scaffold has unique advantages in mechanical performance,applicability,construction efficiency and comprehensive benefits.However,in the construction of cantilever external scaffold of complex structure,the socket disc buckle steel pipe scaffold still lacks sufficient theoretical data verification and engineering practical experience guidance.Therefore,it is still difficult to apply the socket and socket disc buckle steel pipe scaffold to the construction of cantilever external scaffold.The external scaffold of the new tower of Haikou Meilan International Airport adopts socket and turnbuckle steel pipe scaffold,which is suspended in layers and sections,which not only effectively improves the construction rate and provides safety guarantee for the construction of tower inverted circular platform structure,but also accumulates experience and provides reference for the construction of other similar projects.
