摘要
目的探讨甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕的效果。方法便利选择2017年5月—2020年1月在该院治疗的112例良性阵发性位置性眩晕患者,随机分为研究组和对照组,各56例。对照组采用单纯手法复位治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率98.21%相较于对照组治疗总有效率82.14%较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.166,P=0.004)。研究组复发率为3.57%相较于对照组复发率19.64%较低,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.049,P=0.008)。两组患者治疗前BBS、VSI评分相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者的BBS、VSI评分均有了很大程度的改善,且研究组BBS评分相较于对照组较高,VSI评分相较于对照组较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕效果显著,复发率低,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of betahistine mesylate tablets in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.Methods A total of 112 patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo who were treated in the hospital from May 2017 to January 2020 were conveniently selected.Randomly divided into the study group and the control group,each with 56 cases.The control group was treated with simple manual reduction,and the study group was treated with betahistine mesylate tablets on the basis of the control group.Compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 98.21%in the study group was higher than the total effective rate of 82.14%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.166,P=0.004).The recurrence rate of the study group was 3.57%compared with 19.64%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.049,P=0.008).The BBS and VSI scores of the two groups of patients before treatment were similar,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the BBS and VSI scores of the two groups of patients were greatly improved,and the BBS scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the VSI score was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion Betahistine mesylate tablets are effective in treating benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,with a low recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical application.
