基于“帮学”理念的人才培养方案优化设计--以大湾区某高职数控技术专业为例 被引量:15

摘要 根据“帮学课程”的核心理念与主张,以数控技术专业为例,探索基于“帮学”理念的人才培养方案优化设计。分析了百年未有之大变局对应用型人才培养的影响与新要求,以及人才培养方案适应性存在的问题。发现不同层次院校人才培养目标定位相互重叠,培养规格的表述与培养目标不匹配,课程体系构架与“五育并举”不对称,课程设置面向智能制造、面向世界、面向未来,支持绿色和可持续发展不尽如人意,以年级为单位的人才培养方案难以指导同年级不同生源学生的教学需要。采取局部优化与整体优化相结合的策略,探索了人才培养目标从模糊到分级分层分类定位,培养规格从“知识、能力、素质”到“德智体美劳”分类分级表述,课程体系从“公专二分”到“五育并举”,课程编排从“过程式”到“平行式、交替式和螺旋式”,方案构成从“培养方案”到“范式方案+班计划”,方案执行评价从主观评价到模糊综合评价。 According to the core idea and proposition of"facilitated learning course",taking numerical control technology specialty as an example,this paper explores the optimal design of talent training program based on the idea of"facilitated learning".Based on the analysis of the influence and new requirements of the great changes that have not been seen in a century on the applied talents training and the problems existing in the adaptability of talent training program,it is found that the talent training objectives of colleges and universities at different levels overlap each other.the expression of training specifications does not match the training objectives,the curriculum system framework is asymmetric with the"simultaneous development of five education",the curriculum facing to intelligent manufacturing,the world,the future and the support for green and sustainable development is unsatisfactory and the talent training program based on grade is far more from guiding the teaching needed by students from different sources in the same grade.Adopting the strategy of combining local and overall optimization,this paper explores the orientation of talent training objectives from fuzzy to hierarchical classification,the expression of training specifications from"knowledge,ability and quality"to"morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor",the curriculum system from"two points of public and professional education"to"simultaneous development of five education",and the curriculum arrangement from"process"to"parallel,alternating and spiral",the program composition from"training scheme"to"paradigm scheme+class plan"and the implementation evaluation from subjective evaluation to fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
