摘要
围绕新一代科技和产业革命浪潮下轨道交通产业升级发展的数字化、网络化、智能化需求,西南交通大学与卡斯柯信号有限公司充分发挥各自的行业和品牌优势,探索轨道交通产教融合、协同育人新模式。双方以校企战略合作协议为保障,依托西南交通大学大数据、云计算、人工智能、VR等领域的重点规划与建设:从学科专业建设、人才培养顶层设计出发,构建起涵盖“本科生-研究生-技术攻关”全链条的深度产教融合协同育人新模式。实践表明:该模式兼顾了学生、学校、企业三方利益,明显提升了行业人才的培养质量和声誉,并进一步促进产业升级和发展。该探索成功入选2019年中国高等教育博览会“校企合作双百计划”案例。
In the new era,the talent cultivation should be oriented by the industry upgradation.With the rapid developments of the new-generation science&technology and industry revolution and the upgradation of the rail transportations industry towards digitalization,networking and intelligence.The Southwest Jiaotong University(SWJTU)and the Casco Signal Company Limited(CASCO)jointly launch the integration program of industry and education and collaborative education action for information engineering in rail transportation.Both SWJTU and CASCO have the advantageous industry backgrounds and strengths.The detailed activities involve the strategic collaboration agreements between SWJTU and CASCO,the top-level design for discipline development and talent cultivation,the collaborative education for undergraduates/graduates/research.Consequently,three parts covering students,university and company highly benefit from the collaborative education action.The quality and the reputation of talent cultivation for engineering industry are remarkably promoted,and the industry upgradation is accelerated.Moreover,this collaborative education between SWJTU and CASCO has been granted as“Double-Top 100”models of university-industry collaboration during China Higher Education Exposition in Fall,2019.
