大盾构超前注浆技术在不良地层下穿民房群的应用 被引量:2

摘要 广州地铁22号线隧道采用土压盾构掘进,需穿越上软下硬不良地层;由于地面有民房群,且由于埋深较深,地面注浆加固效果不佳,下穿时采用洞内盾构超前注浆加固。浆液劈裂式挤压土体,形成分支浆脉,注浆结束后即可恢复盾构掘进,实用性和操作性强;注浆一次能加固到刀盘前方约12 m土体,2 d可完成一次超前注浆,工效高效果好。超前注浆操作不当可能造成盾构机设备损坏、土仓进浆、盾壳包裹等风险,需加强过程管理。所采用超前注浆加固技术辅助掘进施工,沉降控制良好,保证了房屋结构安全。 The tunnel of Guangzhou Metro Line 22 is excavated by earth pressure shield,and the shield needs to pass through the upper soft and lower hard stratum.Due to the fact that there were civil house group on the ground,and owing to the deep burial depth,the ground grouting reinforcement effect was not good,so the shield in the tunnel was used for advance grouting reinforcement when it is penetrated.The slurry was split to squeeze the soil to form branched slurry veins.After the grouting was completed,the shield tunneling could be resumed,with strong practicability and operability.One grouting can reinforce the soil about 12 m in front of the cutter head,and one advance grouting could be completed in 2 days,with high work efficiency and good effect.Improper advanced grouting operation might cause damage to shield machine equipment,soil silo feeding,shield shell wrapping and other risks,so process management needed to be strengthened.The advanced grouting reinforcement technology was adopted to assist the excavation construction,and the settlement was controlled well,which ensured the safety of the building structure.
