摘要
随着盾构机在隧道开挖施工中的普遍应用,在各种复杂不良地质条件下,如何有效保证隧道掘进过程中前方土体稳定是当前盾构机在掘进开挖施工过程中的重难点之一。文章依托广州市十八号地铁线番南1号盾构井—番南2号盾构井区间工程,探索了在软弱地层中进行超前注浆掘进的施工技术,并取得了良好的效果,可供类似工程参考。
How to effectively ensure the stability of the front soil mass during tunnel tunneling is one of the most important and difficult points in the construction process of shield tunneling machine under various complicated and unfavorable geological conditions with the widespread application of the shield tunneling machine in tunnel excavation construction.The paper is based on the shield shaft interval project of Fannan No.1—No.2 of Guangzhou No.18 subway line,the construction technology of advanced grouting tunneling in weak stratum is explored,and good results are obtained,which can be used for reference in similar projects.
