摘要
文章针对市政污泥热解处理系统中具有非线性、大时滞和多扰动特点的热解炉温度控制问题,设计灰色预测模糊PID控制方法,实现对控制系统的模糊闭环控制和事前控制。仿真测试结果表明,该算法有效地削弱大时滞的影响。将该算法应用于实验中,结果表明,该方法能够使热解炉温度控制的响应速度提高,超调量减小,抗干扰能力增强。
In this paper,aiming at the temperature control problem of pyrolysis furnace characterized by nonlinear,large time delay and multi-disturbance in municipal sludge pyrolysis treatment system,a Grey Prediction Model fuzzy PID control method is designed to realize fuzzy closed-loop control and prior control of the control system.The simulation results show that the algorithm can effectively reduce the influence of large time delay.The experimental results show that the proposed method can improve the response speed,reduce the overshoot and enhance the anti-interference ability of pyrolysis furnace temperature control.
