摘要
课程是教育最微观、最普通的问题,但它要解决的却是教育中最根本的问题——培养人。在医学教育学硕士研究生培养中,课程设置是关键环节之一,其设计的科学性、合理性直接关系到人才培养质量的高低。本文介绍了目前我国医学院校研究生课程设置的内容,分析了医学教育学硕士研究生课程设置中存在的问题,并结合锦州医科大学的相关实践,提出了医学教育学硕士研究生课程设置改革的具体措施和努力方向,以期为医学教育学硕士研究生的培养提供参考和建议。
Curriculum is the most microcosmic and common problem of education,but what it wants to solve is the most fundamental problem in education——cultivating people.In the cultivation of master of medical education,curriculumsetting is one of the key links.The scientificity and rationality of its design are directly related to the quality of talent cultivation.This paper introduces the contents of the current postgraduate curriculum setting in medical colleges and universities in China,analyzes the problems existing in the postgraduate curriculum setting of medical pedagogy,and combined with the working practice of Jinzhou Medical University,puts forward the specific measures and future directionof the postgraduate curriculum reform of medical pedagogy,in order to provide reference and suggestions for the cultivation of master of medical education.
