摘要
地下矿山炮烟中毒是主要爆破事故类型之一。针对某斜坡道掘进爆破,通过安设有害气体监测仪开展现场监测,对爆破有毒有害气体的扩散规律和危害进行分析。研究表明,爆破有毒有害气体浓度顺序为CO>NO>NH_(3)>H_(2)S,其中CO浓度与其他气体存在明显的数量级区别,需要引起重视。随着通风时间的延续,爆破有害气体浓度整体表现为先升高后降低的演变规律;通风35 min后爆破有毒有害气体基本排出完毕。铲运阶段的运输车辆通行对于NO、NH_(3)和H_(2)S浓度具有明显影响,使其呈现震荡性波动变化趋势。
Gun smoke poisoning in underground mines is one of the main types of blasting accidents.Aiming at a ramp excavation blasting,through the installation of harmful gas monitoring instrument to carry out field monitoring,the diffusion law and harm of blasting toxic and harmful gas are analyzed.Studies have shown that the concentration sequence of toxic and harmful gases in blasting is CO>NO>NH_(3)>H_(2)S,among which the CO concentration is more prominent than other gases,which needs attention.With the continuation of ventilation time,the overall concentration of blasting harmful gases showed an evolution law that first increased and then decreased.After 35 minutes of ventilation,the toxic and harmful gases are basically exhausted by blasting.The traffic of transport vehicles in the scraper stage has a significant impact on the concentrations of NO,NH_(3)and H_(2)S,making them show an oscillating fluctuation trend.
