基于层次分析法优选掘进巷道通风方法分析

摘要 针对掘进巷道井下爆破炮烟扩散产生的安全问题,基于掘进巷道现场通风方法数据参数,借助Fluent软件开展矿山井下爆破炮烟扩散规律数值模拟,利用层次分析法定量评判了3种通风方法(压入式、抽出式、混合式)对掘进巷道工作面风速、炮烟体积分数、通风时间及工程投资的影响,优选出掘进巷道最佳通风方法。研究结果表明:利用压入式通风方法是排除巷道炮烟的最佳方式,量化得分0.517。CO体积分数与通风时间呈负指数递减关系,当风量为2.35 m^(3)/s、风筒直径为0.5 m,距离工作面10 m的压入式通风方法条件下,通风1500 s井下CO体积分数即可满足安全标准。 To dissolve the safety issues caused by the diffusion of blasting fume in excavation roadway,the diffusion law of blasting fume was studied by Fluent software based on the data parameters of on-site ventilation method in the excavation roadway.The effects of three ventilation methods(press-in ventilation,extractive ventilation and mixed ventilation)on the air velocity,CO volume fraction,ventilation time and engineering investment at the working face of the excavation roadway were quantitatively evaluated by analytic hierarchy process,and the best ventilation method for the excavation roadway was selected.The research results show that the use of press-in ventilation is the best one with a quantitative score of 0.517.The CO volume fraction vs ventilation time shows a decreasing relationship,and the CO volume fraction vs ventilation time has a negative exponential relationship.The diameter of the air duct is 0.5 m,and the distance from the working face is 10 m when the air quantity is 2.35 m^(3)/s.The CO volume fraction in the roadway meets the safety standard for underground operation after 1500 s of ventilation time.
