基于内质网应激探讨针刺治疗脑病的研究概况 被引量:1

摘要 脑组织病变后,未折叠或错误折叠的蛋白质积聚诱发内质网应激(ERS),可通过一系列复杂信号通路维持神经细胞稳态,称为未折叠蛋白反应(UPR)。但过度的激活会诱发细胞凋亡,自噬具有溶酶体介导功能,可降低ERS水平,从而抑制因ERS过度激活而诱发的凋亡。近年来大量科学研究表明针刺对ERS具有明确调控作用。本研究主要从针刺疗法对IRE1、ATF-6、CHOP和PERK等蛋白表达的影响为切入点,并结合内质网与氧化应激、细胞凋亡、自噬和血管内皮细胞再生之间的相互作用机制为依据进行概述,以期为针刺治疗脑病提供更有力的依据。 Endoplasmic reticulum stress(ERS)is induced by the accumulation of unfolded or misfolded proteins after brain tissue lesions,which can maintain homeostasis of nerve cells through a series of complex signaling pathways.It is known as the unfolded protein response(UPR).But excessive activation induces apoptosis as well.Autophagy has a lysosomal-mediated function and can reduce the level of ERS,thereby inhibiting apoptosis induced by over-activation of ERS.In recent years,a large number of scientific studies have shown that acupuncture has a clear regulatory effect on ERS.This study mainly reviewed the influence of acupuncture to the proteins expressions of IRE1,ATF-6,CHOP and PERK,and it explored the interaction mechanism between endoplasmic reticulum and oxidative stress,cell apoptosis,autophagy and vascular endothelial cell regeneration,so as to provide more persuasive evidence for acupuncture in treatment of encephalopathy.
