摘要
黑龙江省地理优势得天独厚,有着打造对俄合作高地的巨大潜力,从黑龙江省俄罗斯来华旅游市场的历史渊源,发展现状以及发展前景三个方面展开了分析。指出了有待改进的方面包括:提高宣传力度,提升创新精神,提高从业人员素质,加强省内基础设施建设等。提出了几点构想包括:建立线上服务体系,打造高端休闲度假景区,开发红色旅游线路。以期为推动省旅游业的快速发展,促进“中国文化走出去”发展战略的实施提供参考。
With the development of society,tourism has become a comprehensive industry with the most development potential in China,and has also become an important pillar industry of local economic development.Heilongjiang province,with its unique geographical advantages,has great potential to become a highland for cooperation with Russia.This paper analyzes the historical origin,development status and development prospect of Russian tourism market in Heilongjiang Province.Several ideas have been put forward,including enhancing publicity,enhancing innovation spirit,improving the quality of employees,strengthening the provincial infrastructure construction and so on.If these aspects can be improved,the number of tourists to our province will be greatly increased.The rapid and strong development of tourism industry in our province will be promoted,and the implementation of the development strategy of"Chinese culture going out"will be fully promoted.
