摘要
习近平总书记高度重视边境地区特色产业发展。特色产业是一个国家或地区具有竞争力的优势产业。我省自实施兴边富民行动20余年来,居民生活水平不断提升,对俄特色产业不断丰富,但仍存在人力资源匮乏、产品附加值少、科技化程度不高及文化交流不充分等问题。“十四五”时期,我国迈入全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新发展阶段,以加强人才引进工作、增进对俄农业合作、推动“互联网+”模式、创新旅游项目等方式推动边境地区对俄特色产业发展,对促进兴边富民行动具有重大意义。
General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the development of special industries in border areas.Special industries are the competitive advantages of a country or region.In the past 20 years since the implementation of the action to promote the border and enrich the people,the living standard of the residents has been improved and the special industries in Russia have been enriched.However,there are still problems of lack of human resources,low value-added products,low level of technology and insufficient cultural exchange."In the 14th Five-Year Plan period,China is entering a new stage of development for building a comprehensive socialist modern country.It is of great significance to promote the development of special industries in the border areas to promote the action of enriching the people.
