摘要
针对一种随产品短时工作发生断裂的滑油箱箍带,对可能造成其断裂的各项因素进行系统排查与分析,最终确定滑油箱箍带断裂的原因为:滑油箱支架O形定位孔中心位置尺寸超差,导致箍带在装配状态下受到偏拉力。工作过程中,在振动等外部应力综合作用下,受偏拉力的箍带在最大应力处产生初始裂纹并最终扩展断裂。后续通过采用数控设备代替摇臂钻及夹具执行钻孔并锪窝工序,避免人为因素导致的产品加工尺寸超差问题,且产品加工后进行100%检验,有效保证交付产品的使用安全可靠性。
Aiming at a lubricating oil tank strap that breaks with the short-term work of the product,the factors that may cause the rupture are systematically checked and analyzed.It is finally determined that the reason for the fracture of the lubricating oil tank strap is that the position of the center of the O-shaped positioning hole on the lubricating oil tank bracket is out of tolerance,which causes the strap to be biased in the assembled state.During the working process,under the combined action of external stress such as vibration,the strap under eccentric tension produces an initial crack at the maximum stress and finally expands and breaks.Instead of radial drills and fixtures,numerical control equipment is used to drill holes and countersink,which avoids the problem of product processing size out of tolerance caused by human factors.The products are 100%inspected after being processed to effectively ensure the safety and reliability of the delivered products.
