摘要
滑油系统是发动机一个重要的工作系统，它直接关系着发动机能否安全可靠工作，以及工作性能的优劣。且其滑油具有循环使用的特点，携带着发动机内部大量信息，通过对滑油系统进行监控和技术诊断，可提前发现发动机的内部故障，为预测发动机部件使用寿命和可靠性提供有力依据。本文结合某型发动机所应用的金属屑探测技术和滑油光谱分析技术，介绍航空发动机滑油系统监控与诊断技术的应用方案，并对我国在此方面的研究与应用提出了建议。
The Lubrication system is a important work system of the aero－ engine. It directly decides whether the engine can run safely and reliably,and whether its work performance is excellent. The oil of the lubrication system runs in circulation, and contains a great deal of information of the engine. With the aid of the system monitor and diagnosis technology, the internal trouble of the engine can be found in advance and the strong evidence is provided which forecast the life and reliability of the components. This article, on the basis of the metal fillings detection technology and the spectrometric oil analysis program connect with the certain engine, introduces the application plan of them. Also put forward a proposal about the research and application in this field in our country.
