摘要
目的:探讨替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗转移性胃癌的疗效。方法:选取2018年1月—2019年12月我院收治的转移性胃癌患者60例,随机分为两组,研究组选用替吉奥+奥沙利铂进行治疗,对照组选用替吉奥+顺铂进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果、副作用以及血清VEGF及MMP-2表达的差异。结果:两组患者治疗有效率分别为93.3%(研究组)和70.0%(对照组),研究组整体疗效较对照组更优(P<0.05);两组患者不良反应的发生率分别为33.3%(研究组)和10.0%(对照组),研究组治疗安全性较对照组更高(P<0.05);研究组患者血清VEGF及MMP-2水平下降程度较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论:采用替吉奥+奥沙利铂这一方案治疗转移性胃癌整体疗效显著,可有效延长患者生存期,毒副作用小,且发生肿瘤转移可能性较小。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of tegafur combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of metastatic gastric cancer.Methods:60 patients with metastatic gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The study group was treated with tegafur+oxaliplatin,while the control group was treated with tegafur+cisplatin.The treatment effect,side effects and the expression of VEGF and MMP-2 in blood were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment efficiency of the two groups was 93.3%(study group)and 70.0%(control group),and the overall efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the risk of adverse reactions in both groups was 33.3%(study group).and10.0%(control group),the treatment safety of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of serum VEGF and MMP-2 decreased more significantly in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the overall effect of tegafur+oxaliplatin in the treatment of metastatic gastric cancer is significant,which can effectively prolong the survival time of patients,with less side effects and less possibility of tumor metastasis.
