单板滑雪U型场地运动员出槽高度影响因素及提高途径研究

摘要 单板滑雪U型场地项目已成为我国在冬奥会中的潜优势项目,但是我国运动员出槽高度、动作难度、动作多样性与国外优秀选手还存在一定差距。其中,出槽高度是一个非常关键的因素,它能决定空中滞空时间,进而影响空中动作完成的质量和难度。该文运用文献资料法、录像观察法、专家访谈法等方法对单板滑雪U型场地运动员出槽高度的影响因素进行了研究,并针对性地提出了提高出槽高度的方法和途径。研究认为,运动员的下肢弹跳力、运动员出槽瞬间的速度、运动员出槽瞬间的起跳技术、运动员出槽后再次入槽的技术是影响单板滑雪U型场地运动员出槽高度的主要因素。通过提高运动员的下肢弹跳力以及出发时的高度并减少滑行阻力、改进运动员出槽瞬间的起跳技术以及出槽后再次入槽的技术等,可有效提高运动员的出槽高度。 The half-pipe snowboarding has become a potential advantage event in China’s Winter Olympic Games, but there is still a certain gap between Chinese athletes and foreign excellent athletes in take-off height,movement difficulty and movement diversity. The take-off height is a very key factor, which can determine the air stagnation time, and then affect the quality and difficulty of air action. Using the methods of literature, video observation and expert interview, this paper studies the influencing factors of the take-off height of half-pipe snowboarding athletes, and puts forward the methods and ways to improve the take-off height. The research shows that the main factors affecting the athletes’ take-off height in the half-pipe snowboard field are the athletes’ lower limb bounce force, the athletes’ speed at the moment of take-off, the athletes’ take-off technology at the moment of take-off, and the athletes’ re-entry technology after take-off. It can effectively improve the athletes’ take-off height by improving the athletes’ lower limb bouncing force, improving the athletes’ starting height and reducing sliding resistance, improving the athletes’ take-off technology at the moment of take-off, and improving the athletes’ re-entry technology after take-off.
