摘要
基于OBE成果导向理念专门开发的"创业者财商"课程,以提升创业者的财商思维和创新能力为目的。将思政教育元素融入双创课程设计,以期通过双创课堂教育实现知识传授与价值引领,实现创新创业人才的全方位培养。以开设"创业者财商"课程实践为例,在介绍开设财商课程重要意义的基础上,从教学设计、教学内容、课程思政、教学手段与方法、教学评价五个方面阐述了课程改革的思路,剖析了改革实施的难点在于:课程的反向教学设计、课程内容与思政教育元素的相互融合以及课程评价方式的选择。为双创教育课程改革提供经验参考。
In order to improve entrepreneurs’financial intelligence and innovation ability,we have constructed a course which is called“entrepreneurs’financial intelligence”based on OBE concept,at the same time,we put the ideological and political elements into the curriculum design so as to achieve knowledge imparting and value leading through innovation and entrepreneurship class education.Taking the establishment of the“entrepreneurs’financial intelligence”course practice as a case,and based on the introduction to the significance of the course,this article illustrates the ideas of curriculum reform from five aspects:teaching design,teaching content,curriculum ideological and political education,teaching means and methods,and teaching evaluation.It analyzes the difficulties in the implementation of the reform:the reverse teaching design of the curriculum,the mutual integration of curriculum content and ideological and political education elements,and the selection of curriculum evaluation methods.Through the practice of financial intelligence course,and provides experience reference for the curriculum reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
