摘要
在实施乡村振兴战略背景下,县域农商行如何在助力乡村振兴中发挥排头兵、主力军作用,仍是县域农商行实现转型高质量发展的重要课题。本文主要分析县域农商行正确选择主攻方向,防止经营目标偏移,实现助力目标路径,达到提高支持乡村振兴可持续性目的。本文重点阐述农商行通过采取支持农业产业化、开展普惠金融、加快数字化转型、落实服务创新以及坚守金融风险底线等一系列措施,在加快自身发展壮大的同时,为乡村振兴贡献金融力量。同时,也为进一步缓解目前乡村企业、农民融资难融资贵问题探索新的路径和解决方案。
In the context of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,how county-level rural commercial banks can play a leading and main role in helping rural revitalization is still an important issue for county-level rural commercial banks to achieve high-quality transformation and development.This study mainly analyzes the correct choice of the main direction of county-level rural commercial banks,prevents the deviation of business goals,realizes the path of assisting goals,and achieves the purpose of improving the sustainability of supporting rural revitalization.This article focuses on a series of measures such as supporting agricultural industrialization,developing inclusive finance,accelerating digital transformation,implementing service innovation,and adhering to the bottom line of financial risks.While accelerating their own development and growth,rural commercial banks contribute financial strength to rural revitalization.At the same time,it also explores new paths and solutions to further alleviate the current problems of rural enterprises and farmers because it is difficult and expensive for them to obtain financing.
