摘要
在企业发展以及人力资源管理过程中,和谐劳动关系的构建在其中发挥着重要作用。当前,部分企业在管理劳动关系方面,还存在很多突出的问题和不足,不能将人力资源管理的作用充分发挥出来,难以维系好员工和企业之间的和谐关系。因此,本文首先分析了构建和谐劳动关系的注意事项,以及对于人力资源管理的价值和意义。其次,论述了当前企业人力资源管理中的问题,最后提出了人力资源管理的优化策略,以供参考。
In the process of enterprise development and human resource management,the building of harmonious labor relations plays an important role.At present,there are still many outstanding problems and deficiencies in the management of labor relations in some enterprises,which can not give full play to the role of human resources management,and it is difficult to maintain a harmonious relationship between employees and enterprises.Therefore,this study first analyzes the matters needing attention in the building of harmonious labor relations,as well as the value and significance for human resource management.Secondly,it discusses the problems in the current enterprise human resource management,and finally puts forward the optimization strategies of human resource management for reference.
