饲料和食品中磺胺增效剂残留量检测方法研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 磺胺增效剂是人工合成的二氨基嘧啶类药物,能够与多种抗生素协同作用,数倍乃至数十倍地增强其抗菌杀菌作用。随着畜牧养殖行业的发展,存在磺胺增效剂滥用情况的发生,从而导致用药后在动物源性食品及饲料中有残留,进而给消费者健康带来安全隐患。针对此情况,世界各国都制定了适宜本国国情的限量标准。同时,为了满足法规的需求,越来越多的从业者也在积极探索高效率、高准确度的检测方法。目前,磺胺增效剂残留量的检测更多集中在动物源性组织上,对饲料及其原料中磺胺增效剂残留量的研究报道还比较少。磺胺增效剂残留的检测方法主要有分光光度法、胶体金免疫层析法、酶联免疫法、微生物法、高效液相色谱法、液相色谱串联质谱法、高分辨质谱法等。其中高效液相色谱法和液相色谱串联质谱法以其高灵敏度、高准确性、高可靠性的特点,对磺胺增效剂残留量的检测起到了重要的推进作用。 Sulfonamide synergist is a synthetic diaminopyrimidine drug,which can synergize with a variety of antibiotics to enhance its antibacterial and bactericidal effect several times or even dozens of times.With the development of animal husbandry industry,there is abuse of sulfonamide synergists,which leads to residues in animal-derived food and feed after the drug is used,which in turn brings safety hazards to the health of consumers.In response to this situation,all countries have formulated a limit standard suitable for their own national conditions.Meanwhile,in order to meet the requirements of regulations,more and more practitioners are actively exploring high-efficiency and high-accuracy detection methods.In these studies,the detection of sulfa synergist residues is more focused on animal-derived tissues,and there are relatively few research reports on sulfa synergist residues in feed and its raw materials.At present,the detection methods of sulfa synergist residues mainly include spectrophotometry,colloidal gold immunochromatography,enzyme-linked immunoassay,microbiological method,high performance liquid chromatography,liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry and high resolution mass spectrometry.Among them,high performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry have played an important role in promoting the detection of sulfa synergist residues due to their high sensitivity,high accuracy and high reliability.
