热能驱动车设计与运动轨迹分析

摘要 热能驱动车是一种具有方向控制功能,以热能驱动的自行小车。为了解决热能驱动车因加工精度,装配误差等因素影响出现的轨迹不准确的问题。首先对热能驱动车进行简化,通过改变部分参数来影响小车的运动轨迹,再利用UG运动学仿真模块对小车运动轨迹进行仿真实验。然后对影响轨迹的参数进行总结和分析,通过对小车的部分参数进行修改得到了一种简单可靠的轨迹修正方案。通过对制作的小车进行轨迹运行调试得到了成功绕桩10个的成绩,为以后的热能驱动车设计积累了经验。 Thermal energy driven car is a self-propelled car with direction control function and driven by thermal energy.In order to solve the problem of inaccurate track of thermal energy driven vehicle due to processing accuracy,assembly error and other factors,firstly,the thermal energy driven vehicle is simplified,and some parameters are changed to affect the motion trajectory of the vehicle,and then the motion trajectory of the vehicle is simulated by UG kinematics simulation module.Then the parameters affecting the trajectory are summarized and analyzed,and a simple and reliable trajectory correction scheme is obtained by modifying some parameters of the trolley.Through the track operation and debugging of the produced trolley,the results of successfully winding 10 piles have been obtained,which has accumulated experience for the design of thermal energy driven vehicle in the future.
