基于“轨迹分析法”的无碳小车微调机构的创新设计 被引量:34

摘要 无碳小车是一种具有方向控制功能,以重力势能驱动的自行小车。为了解决无碳小车在制造误差、装配误差影响下运动轨迹不准确的问题,首先对小车运动轨迹进行数学分析,建立小车的运动轨迹方程。再利用Mathematica对小车的运动轨迹进行仿真实验。然后对影响轨迹变化的误差来源和误差形式进行了分析总结。基于此"轨迹分析法",提出将千分尺和蜗轮蜗杆机构引入到微调机构中的设计方法,得到了一种比以往调节精度高的微调机构和微调方法。通过实物样机测试,新的微调方案在轨迹修正中取得了很好的效果,为微调机构的设计提供了新的思路。 The carbon- free car is a kind of car with direction control function,the gravitational potential energy drive. In order to solve the manufacturing error,assembly error affect carbon- free car trajectory problem of inaccurate,through the car trajectory mathematical analysis,the trajectory equation is established. By using Mathematica software,the car trajectory simulation experiments is carried out. Then the sources of error and error forms affect the trajectory changes are analyzed and summarized. Based on this trajectory analysis and the design method of introducing the micrometer and worm gear mechanism into the fine- tune mechanism is proposed,a fine- tuning mechanism and fine- tuning method with higher adjust precision than ever are obtained. Through physical prototype testing,good results is achieved by fine- tuning program in the trajectory modification,a new way of thinking for carbon- free car fine- tuning mechanism design is provided.
