摘要
本文介绍了某上汽660 MW机组1号高压调门阀杆断裂异常问题,对断裂阀杆进行了化学成分分析、显微组织分析、力学性能分析和断口扫描电镜分析,并结合高压调门的结构特点和阀杆断裂面的形貌宏观特征,分析了阀杆断裂的原因,并采取了相应的措施,并举一反三进行了排查整改,消除了安全隐患,对今后避免此类问题具有指导作用。
