摘要
2004年,企业办的湘缆职工医院在国有企业改革的大背景下破产改制,医院积极转型为社区卫生服务中心,同时努力提升医疗服务能力,打造医疗特色,拓展业务范围,探索出一条改革发展之路。
In 2004,the Hunan Cable Workers’Hospital run by the enterprise went bankrupt under the background of the reform,and the hospital was actively transformed into a community health service center.At the same time,it tried to improve its medical service capacity,create medical characteristics,expand its business scope,and explore a road of reform and development.
