摘要
随着现代分子生物学技术的发展,荧光原位杂交、聚合酶链式反应、环介导等温扩增等方法在水中贾第鞭毛虫和隐孢子虫检测中的应用得到迅猛发展,不仅在检测灵敏度、准确度方面有了明显提升,而且检测方法趋于多样性,操作也越来越便利。本文针对近年来贾第鞭毛虫和隐孢子虫分子生物学检测技术进行了综述和展望。
With the development of molecular biology techniques,the application of fluorescence in situ hybridization,polymerase chain reaction,loop mediated isothermal amplification and other methods in the detection of Giardia spp.and Cryptosporidium spp.in water has been developed rapidly,which not only improves the detection sensitivity and accuracy,but also greatly improves the diversity of detection methods and the convenience of detection operation.This paper reviewed the application of the molecular biological detection techniques of Giardia spp.and Cryptosporidium spp.in recent years and looked into their prospect in the future.
