复杂地层环境盾构施工引起管线变形实测分析 被引量:1

ANALYSIS ON ACTUAL MEASUREMENT OF PIPELINE DEFORMATION CAUSED BY SHIELD TUNNELING IN COMPLEX STRATUM ENVIRONMENT

摘要 依托杭州西溪湿地供水管道工程,基于实测数据总结并分析了相关工程中盾构机掌子面位置变化引起管线沉降的变形规律。结果表明:(1)无论是交叉斜穿、侧向并行还是竖向并行,盾构施工各个阶段对周边管线的影响规律总体上保持一致;(2)各特殊地层条件下,受并行盾构施工影响的管线变形程度及波动幅度从大往小依次为:全断面软土地层>软硬不均地层>上软下硬地层;(3)砂土地质条件下,土体及管线的稳定距离为盾构掘进约70~145 m,软土地质条件下稳定距离为盾构掘进约70~85 m;(4)斜穿及竖向并行工况对管线沉降变形的影响约为侧向并行工况的2~5倍。 With the water supply pipeline project of Xixi Wetland in Hangzhou as an example,Based on the measured data,it summarizes and analyzes the law of pipeline settlement deformation caused by the change of shield machine face position in related projects.The results show that:(1)whether it is oblique crossing,underneath parallel passing or side-parallel passing,the influence law of shield construction stages on the surrounding pipeline is generally consistent.;(2)under the conditions of different layers,the deformation degree and fluctuation amplitude of pipeline affected by shield excavation are as follows:full section soft soil layer>soft and hard uneven stratum>upper soft and lower hard stratum;(3)under sandy soil geological condition,the stable distance of soil and pipeline is in the range of 70-145 m after shield passing,70-85 m after shield passing for soft soil geological conditions;(4)the environmental impact of oblique crossing and underneath parallel passing conditions is about 2-5 times larger of side-parallel passing condition.
