摘要 为了研究隧道开挖对管线变形的影响,本文以重庆轨道交通某车站区间隧道下穿既有电力管线的实际工程为研究背景,采用ABAQUS建立了三维数值模型,分析管线与隧道的垂直净距、管线覆土深度、管线与隧道夹角、管线材料、分步开挖等因素对管线沉降变形及轴向变形的影响。研究结果表明:随着垂直净距的增大,管线沉降变形先增大后减小,轴向变形在数值上和范围上都增大;管线覆土深度对管线沉降变形影响较小,但覆土深度会改变管线轴向变形方向;夹角的改变主要影响管线沉降范围,对沉降最大值影响较小,轴向变形范围和最大值随着与隧道的夹角减小而增大;在隧道开挖面接近管线时,对管线变形的扰动甚微,管线沉降变形主要发生在下穿管线阶段和离开管线阶段。 In order to study the influence of tunnel excavation on pipeline deformation, this paper takes the actual project of a station section tunnel of Chongqing rail transit undercrossing the existing power pipeline as the research background, and uses ABAQUS to establish a three-dimensional numerical model to analyze the influence of vertical spacing between pipeline and tunnel, pipeline soil depth, angle between pipeline and tunnel, pipeline material, step-bystep excavation and other factors on pipeline settlement deformation and axial deformation. The results show that with the increase of vertical net distance, the settlement deformation of pipeline increases first and then decreases, and the axial deformation increases both in value and range. The buried soil depth of pipeline has little effect on the settlement deformation of pipeline, but the buried soil depth will change the axial deformation direction of pipeline. The change of the angle mainly affects the settlement range of the pipeline and has little effect on the maximum settlement. The axial deformation range and the maximum value increase with the decrease of the angle with the tunnel. When the tunnel excavation surface is close to the pipeline, the disturbance to the pipeline deformation is very small, and the pipeline settlement deformation mainly occurs in the stage of undercrossing the pipeline and leaving the pipeline.
