TBM隧道施工对立交桥桩基的影响研究

摘要 基于青岛地铁1号线海泊桥站~小村庄站区间TBM地铁隧道开挖为例,通过迈达斯GTS NX来模拟人民路立交桥桩基在TBM不同掘进压力下的竖向位移,根据实测数据和模拟数据进行可靠性分析。可以得出:120 kN/m2掘进压力下不满足实际工程规范要求,其沉降量超过桩基沉降预警值±4mm;随着掘进压力的增加,立交桥桩基沉降会减少;在施工中应该格外重视离隧道区间线近的桩基。 Based on the excavation of the TBM subway tunnel between the Haiboqiao station and the Xiaocun station of Qingdao Metro Line 1, the Midas GTS NX was used to simulate the vertical displacement of the pile foundation of Renmin Road Overpass under different TBM driving pressures. Perform reliability analysis on the measured data and simulated data. It can be concluded that the 120 kN/m2 driving pressure does not meet the requirements of actual engineering specifications, and its settlement exceeds the warning value of pile foundation settlement ± 4 mm;as the driving pressure increases, the pile foundation settlement of the overpass will decrease;special attention should be paid to the construction Pile foundation near the tunnel section line.
