摘要
目的探讨对老年髋关节置换术患者进行个性化手术室护理的价值。方法选择2019年6月至2020年7月在本院行髋关节置换术的74例患者,随机分为常规护理对照组与个性化手术室护理研究组,各37例,常规对照组采用常规护理方法,研究组采用个性化的手术室护理方法,从手术时间、生命体征和患者的满意度进行对比分析护理效果。结果研究组手术时间(101.75±31.71)min,小于对照组,P<0.05。护理后研究组收缩压、舒张压、心率、呼吸频率分别为(121.85±7.36)mmHg、(80.22±6.17)mmHg、(73.10±5.12)次/min、(17.38±1.35)次/min,低于对照组,P<0.05。研究组满意度高于对照组,P<0.05。结论个性化手术室护理有利于维持老年髋关节置换术患者体征稳定,能提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the value of personalized operation room nursing for elderly patients with hip replacement.Methods:Seventy-four patients who underwent hip replacement in our hospital from June 2019 to July 2020 were randomly divided into routine nursing control group and personalized operating room nursing research group,37 cases in each group.Routine control group adopted routine nursing method,while personalized operating room nursing method was used in the research group.Nursing effect was compared and analyzed from operation time,vital signs and patient satisfaction.Results:The operation time of the study group(101.75±31.71)min was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,heart rate and respiratory rate in the study group were(121.85±7.36)mmHg,(80.22±6.17)mmHg,(73.10±5.12)times/min,(17.38±1.35)times/min,respectively,which were lower than those in the control group,P<0.05.The satisfaction of study group was higher than that of control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Personalized operating room nursing is beneficial to maintain the stable signs of elderly patients with hip replacement and improve nursing satisfaction.
