Relationship Between Industry and Education in Vocational Education in China’s Industrialization Process:Evolution,Characteristics and Inspiration

摘要 职业教育产教关系的演变与工业化紧密关联:工业化是职业教育产教关系演化的基本推动力,工业化进程特征决定了职业教育产教关系演化脉络。我国工业化进程分为蓄力期、加速期、高速期、新型工业化期和新型工业化加速期五个阶段。在以工业化进程为主线,梳理各个阶段的工业化任务和职业教育产教关系主要特征,勾画职业教育产教关系从建国初期的“半工半读”到现在的“产教融合”的发展脉络,剖析不同阶段工业化背景下构建相匹配职业教育产教关系的内在逻辑的基础上,提出新时期构建产教融合体系要与新工业革命的要求相匹配;产教融合的改革创新要从经济体制改革创新的关键节点上发力;产教融合应推动关键资源、要素自由流通,提高职业教育适应性;产教融合要在适应工业化进程中不断提高自身内生动力四个方面的建议。 The evolution of the relationship between industry and education in vocational education(I⁃E relationship)is closely related to industrialization.Industrialization is the basic driving force for the evolution of the I⁃E relationship,and the characteristics of the industrialization process determine the evolution of the I⁃E relationship.China’s industrialization process can be divided into five stages:accumulating period,accelerating period,high⁃speed period,new industrialization period and new industrialization accelerating period.Taking the industrialization process as the common thread running through the discussion,this paper combs the industrialization tasks of each stage and the corresponding characteristics of the I⁃E relationship,outlines the evolution of the I⁃E relationship from the work⁃study program in the early days of the PRC to the present“industry⁃education Integration,”and analyzes the internal logic of constructing an I⁃E relationship compatible with the industrialization of different stages.Inspired by this,four suggestions are proposed:the construction of an industry⁃education integration system in the new era should meet the requirements of the new industrial revolution;the reform and innovation of industry⁃education integration should start from the key nodes of economic system reform and innovation;industry⁃education integration should promote the free circulation of key resources and elements to improve the adaptability of vocational education;and industry⁃education integration should constantly improve its endogenous motivation in the process of industrialization.
