摘要
改革开放40年中国工业发展取得全方位的成就,主要表现在:工业总量快速增长,主要工业产品产量位居世界前列;中国工业国际地位显著提升,成为驱动全球工业增长的重要引擎;工业行业结构持续优化,产业转型升级步伐加快;工业技术进步扎实推进,"两化"融合日益深化;工业节能减排成效显著,绿色发展水平大幅度提升;工业对外贸易量质齐升,国际竞争力显著增强;"引进来"成绩斐然,"走出去"如火如荼。中国工业发展极大地推进了工业化进程,按照测算,中国现已进入工业化后期阶段。中国工业化是大国工业化、压缩型工业化、新型工业化,具有世界意义。中国工业发展和工业化取得巨大成功,基本经验值得总结,主要是:坚持深化改革,不断解放工业生产力;坚持对外开放,成功融入全球产业体系;坚持"五化协同",走新型工业化道路;正确处理市场与政府的关系,构建"有效市场"+"有为政府";尊重群众的首创精神,探索适宜的区域工业化路径。
In the past 40 years of reform and opening up, China＇s industrial development has achievedall-round achievements, mainly in the following aspects： The total industrial output has increasedrapidly, and the output of main industrial products ranks the highest in the world; China＇ s industrialinternational status has improved significantly and has become an important engine to drive globalindustrial growth; the industrial structure has been continuously optimized, and the pace of industrialtransformation and upgrading has been accelerated; the progress of industrial technology has been steadilypromoted, and the integration of industrialization and informatization is deepening day by day; industrialenergy conservation and emission reduction achieved remarkable results, and the level of greendevelopment was greatly improved; the quantity and quality of foreign trade have been improved, andinternational competitiveness has been significantly enhanced; “ Bringing in ＂ has made brilliantachievements and “going out＂ is in full swing. China＇s industrial development has greatly promoted theprocess of industrialization, according to calculations, China has entered the late stage ofindustrialization.
