摘要
在总结有机硅离型剂的结构与性能以及固化反应机理的基础上,概述了近年来传统溶剂型、乳液型和无溶剂有机硅离型剂的应用研究进展,并介绍了紫外光固化、电子束固化和氟硅等新型有机硅离型剂,最后对有机硅离型剂的发展方向和前景进行了展望。
Based on the summarize of the structure,property and curing mechanism for the silicone release agent,the research and application progress of conventional silicone release agent(including the solvent type,emulsion type and solvent free type)were reviewed.In addition,novel release agent based on the curing of ultraviolet/electron beam and the fluorosilicone resin were also introduced.Finally,the develop direction and application prospect of the silicone release agent in the future was analyzed.
