摘要
辐射固化技术,特别是紫外光(ultraviolet, UV)/电子束(electron beam, EB)固化技术,由于具有节能、环保、经济、高效和适用性广等优点,被广泛应用于各种胶黏剂的制备。在介绍辐射固化胶黏剂组成及应用的基础上,具体阐述了UV/EB固化的原理和设备,并总结了UV/EB固化压敏胶的最新研究进展,对其发展方向和前景进行了展望。
Radiation curing technology,especially for ultraviolet(UV)/electron beam(EB),are widely used in the preparation of various adhesives because of its advantages of energy saving,environmental protection,economy,high efficiency and wide applicability.Based on the introduction of composition and application of radiation curable adhesives,the principle and equipments of UV/EB curing were briefly introduced,and the recent progress of UV/EB radiation cured pressure sensitive adhesives was summarized.The development direction and application prospect of the UV/EB curing pressure sensitive adhesives in the future was also put forward.
