摘要
2021年10月10日《国家标准化发展纲要》发布,在大力发展标准化服务业方面提出完善促进标准、计量、认证认可、检验检测等标准化相关高技术服务业发展的政策措施,健全标准化服务评价机制,提升服务专业化水平的要求。基于此,本文以检验检测机构服务质量评价为切入点,通过对构建服务质量评价标准的原则、内容和方法进行阐述,最终对检验检测机构服务质量评价标准化管理要点进行研究,希望可以为国内检验检测机构服务质量评价标准化管理提供新思路与新方向。
The National Standardization Development Outline released on October 10,2021 has drawn a blueprint for the development of standardization in the new era.In terms of vigorously developing the standardization service industry,it proposes the policies and measures to promote the development of standardization-related high-tech service industries such as standards,metrology,certification and accreditation,inspection and testing,improve the standardization service evaluation mechanism,and improve the level of service specialization.Based on this,this article takes the service quality evaluation of inspection and testing institutions as the breakthrough point,expounds the principles,content and methods of establishing service quality evaluation standards,and finally researches on the key points of standardized management of service quality evaluation of inspection and testing institutions,which is expected to provide new ideas and new directions for standardized management of service quality evaluation of testing institutions.
