摘要
互联互通技术是智慧医院整体架构的必要组成部分,目前已成为医院信息化的重要抓手和必要建设,是关乎互联网+医疗健康、医联体业务协同等便民、惠民举措的重要实践。本文针对互联互通技术在医院信息管理系统中的实践应用现状及存在的问题,从技术标准建立、数据对接及智慧体系应用等方面,提出相关改进建议,以便给同类互联互通信息管理系统的使用单位提供参考,助力分级诊疗体系建设、健康医疗大数据战略和医疗卫生体制改革,更好地服务于健康中国战略。
Interconnection technology is a necessary part of the overall framework of smart hospitals.It has become an important starting point and necessary building for hospital informatization,and is an important practice for convenience and benefit of the Internet plus medical health and medical conjoined business collaboration.Aiming at the practical application status and existing problems of interconnection technology in hospital information management system,this paper puts forward relevant improvement suggestions from the aspects of technical standard establishment,data docking and intelligent system application,so as to provide reference for the users of similar interconnection information management systems and help the construction of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system Health care big data strategy and health care system reform better serve the health China strategy.
