摘要
水管冷却作为大体积混凝土最主要的温控措施之一,其通水参数设计的合理与否直接影响着混凝土的温控效果,同时决定着通水成本。文中从保证混凝土施工质量和降低通水费用的角度出发,建立水管冷却一期通水参数优化设计模型,并将优化模型应用到工程实例,证明了该优化模型在满足通水要求的同时能够降低通水费用,对于高温季节的一期通水冷却优化设计有一定的参考价值。
Water pipe cooling is one of the most important temperature control measures of mass concrete. Whether the design of water flow parameters is reasonable or not directly affects the temperature control effect of concrete and determines the water flow cost. In order to ensure the quality of concrete construction and reduce the cost of water supply, the optimization design model of water supply parameters in the first stage of water pipe cooling is established and applied to a project example. The practice proves that the optimization model can meet the requirements of water supply and reduce the cost of water supply at the same time,which has a certain reference value for the optimization design of one-stage water supply cooling in high temperature season.
