摘要
从混凝土坝温度应力控制的全局出发,系统地研究了初期水管冷却方式对温度应力的影响,考虑两种冷却方式:一种是恒水温冷却,在整个初期冷却期间采用恒定水温;一种是变水温冷却,即初期冷却分为两阶段,分别采用不同水温。算例计算结果表明,当水管间距为1.5 m×1.5 m时,如间歇时间为5~10 d,以恒水温冷却为优;如果间歇时间为20 d,则以变水温冷却为好。当水管间距为1.5 m×0.75 m时,则变水温冷却为宜。
The influences of two initial pipe cooling methods on the thermal stress of concrete dam are studied herein.The first method uses constant temperature cooling water in the initial cooling period.The second method uses two different temperature cooling water in the first and second stage of the initial cooling period respectively.The example calculation shows that: for water pipes with spacing of 1.5 m × 1.5 m,the first method is better if the intermittent time is 5~10 d and the second method is better if the intermittent time is 20 d;for water pipes with spacing of 1.5 m × 0.75 m,the second method is better.
